Denapp takes the protection of personal data very seriously. We want that you know, when we collect which data and how we use it. We have taken technical and organisational measures that ensure that the rules on data privacy are observed both by us and by external service providers.
Personal data
Personal data are information which can be used to investigate your identity. This includes information such as your name, address, postal address, phone number. Information that is not linked to your identity (such as number of users of the site) is not included. You can use our online services without revealing your identity.
If you order information material, newsletters or brochures, or log on to a forum of Denapp or Denapp database, we ask for your name and other personal information. It is your decision whether to enter this data. We store your data on specially protected servers in Germany. Access is restricted to a few authorized persons who are involved in the technical, commercial or editorial care of the servers.
Whenever you access our server data is stored for statistical and security purposes. We record only for a limited time, the IP address of your Internet Service Provider, the date and time, and the page you visit. This data is used solely to improve our Internet service and evaluated not traceable to you. We reserve the right to induce the derivation of personal data using individual datasets, in case of serious breaches of our Terms and unauthorized access or attempted access to our servers.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
We use your personal information in the case of orders only within Denapp and the companies responsible for shipping. We do not disclose it to third parties without your express consent. If we are obliged by law or court order, we will transfer your data to the relevant authorities.
Protection of minors
Children and persons under 18 years without the consent of parents or legal guardians should not transmit personal data to us. We request no personal information from children, do not collect them and do not share them with third parties.
Use of cookies
On several pages, we use cookies to make visiting our website attractive and to allow use of certain functions.
Cookies are small text files that are sent by a web server to your computer. Your browser stores this cookies to the appropriate location. You can set in your browser if you allow the storage of cookies on your computer or reject. In case of rejection functions that depend on the use of cookies are not available.
